UCLA Legacy Society

The generous alumni, friends, parents, grateful patients, staff and faculty who have chosen to remember UCLA in their estate plans and through various planned gifts are a special group. They are visionaries whose philanthropy has helped propel UCLA's rise among the world's great universities. These donors have looked ahead to the needs of future generations and ensured excellence campus-wide, from scholarships to life-changing research, from fellowships to distinguished faculty recruitment. The UCLA Legacy Society was created to honor these individuals and their life-changing legacies.

Events

Every year, UCLA's Office of Gift Planning hosts the UCLA Legacy Society brunch to thank and celebrate every donor who chose to make a planned gift to the university. Each time, this event highlights a different area of UCLA, from a 'meet-and-greet' with Professor Dennis Hong's latest robots at the Henry Samueli School Engineering and Applied Science, to a presentation by the Vice Chancellor of UCLA Health Sciences, or a focus on Athletics at Pauley Pavilion.
